L’internazionalizzazione dell'impresa è un fenomeno in rapida espansione a livello globale, che ha consentito a molte imprese italiane, anche piccole e medie, di crescere in questi ultimi anni nonostante la recente crisi economica.
La prospettiva utilizzata nel Master IBATAX Law è quella del Diritto internazionale e del Diritto dell’Unione Europea, con particolare attenzione alla contrattualistica, agli aspetti fiscali e doganali finanche alla rappresentazione contabile delle principali operazioni del commercio internazionale.
Vengono esaminati in un’ottica globale (giusinternazionalistica, fiscale e doganale), i vari soggetti e le fonti del diritto del commercio internazionale, la contrattualistica internazionale, la disciplina degli investimenti diretti esteri, i sistemi di pagamento e le varie tecniche di prevenzione e risoluzione delle controversie nascenti da quei rapporti. In tal modo, si vuole fornire agli studenti di questo Master uno stock di strumenti di analisi e di gestione operativa del commercio con l’estero, strumenti giuridici che vengono costantemente esaminati ed approfonditi alla luce dei più recenti orientamenti dottrinali e giurisprudenziali.

  • You can exercise the rights granted to you by current legislation on the protection of personal data, including the right to ask the data controller to access your personal data and to correct or erase them, restrict or object to processing of your data, in addition to the right of data portability within the limits of the provisions of art. 15-21 of Regulation the 2016/679;
