Course contents

Il corso si rivolge a figure - quali personale PA, operatori sociali, funzionari dell’amministrazione del territorio, docenti ed educatori, in servizio o in formazione - impegnate ad operare in contesti caratterizzati da plurilinguismo e multiculturalità.
Attingendo da saperi dell’ambito sociale, culturale, linguistico, glottodidattico e giuridico, il percorso mira a fornire a queste figure professionali competenze e strumenti per l’interpretazione e la gestione dell’inclusione, per l’intercomprensione e l’inclusione nei contesti caratterizzati da superdiversità a livello linguistico e socio-culturale, nonché per potenziare le competenze plurilingui.
Il percorso consta di due parti, di cui la prima è comune e fondante.
L’erogazione è prevista in modalità blended, una parte delle attività si svolgerà in presenza e una parte online (ore aula e ore fad come indicato nel piano didattico).
Il percorso comune e fondante darà le basi per una corretta interpretazione della diversità linguistica e culturale in ottica sociologica, linguistica, psicologica e giudirica, e fornirà strumenti per aumentare le proprie capacità di interpretazione, intercomprensione e comunicazione efficace in contesti plurilingui.
Il percorso specialistico didattico è successivo al precedente, che ne è precondizione. E’ rivolto a insegnanti di area linguistica (lingue straniere e seconde, italiano come lingua materna e seconda) operanti in diversi contesti educativi (pubblici e privati, per tutte le fasce d’età), già in servizio o in formazione.
L’obiettivo di questa parte del corso si riallaccia all’apertura, in ambito di politiche linguistiche europee, agli approcci “plurali” più attuali e innovativi all’insegnamento linguistico che, sulla scorta dei più autorevoli documenti europei sull’educazione linguistica, valorizzano non più e non solo la competenza in singole lingue, ma la “competenza plurilingue e interculturale”, intesa come “la capacità di usare un ampio e diversificato repertorio di risorse linguistiche e culturali per soddisfare bisogni comunicativi o interagire con l’altro e di far evolvere e arricchire questo stesso repertorio” (Companion Volume al Quadro Comune Europeo delle Lingue 2020).
Il percorso specialistico offrirà strumenti e risorse didattiche per creare convergenze e favorire la trasversalità fra tutte le lingue insegnate a scuola, includendo proficuamente tutto il repertorio linguistico presente nelle classi di oggi e così facilitando il compito e i risultati di apprendimento linguistico degli studenti tutti.
