La laurea magistrale in Economia e Legislazione d'Impresa si propone di preparare laureati qualificati con una forte competenza nel campo dell'amministrazione aziendale, delle sue regole e dei sistemi normativi di riferimento.
La laurea magistrale in Economia e Legislazione d'Impresa è stata progettata in modo coordinato con la laurea (triennale) in Amministrazione Aziendale e Diritto in collaborazione con la Conferenza permanente dei dottori commercialisti di Veneto, Trentino-Alto Adige/Süd Tirol e Friuli-Venezia Giulia, la quale ha ritenuto il percorso di studi proposto particolarmente confacente alle esigenze e alle sfide della libera professione. Allo stesso tempo, il percorso formativo risulta naturalmente e perfettamente coerente con le esigenze di amministrazione delle imprese e, pertanto, del tutto idoneo a preparare all'ingresso in aziende di ogni dimensione con ruoli di responsabilità nel campo dell'amministrazione.
Il corso di studio può interessare anche laureati in giurisprudenza che siano intenzionati ad approfondire conoscenze in materia contabile, amministrativa e tributaria che consentano loro di svolgere al meglio le professioni legali.
La laurea Magistrale in Economia e Legislazione d'Impresa soddisfa pienamente i requisiti previsti dalla normativa nazionale e permette pertanto sia lo svolgimento del tirocinio formativo di sei mesi durante il percorso di studio che l'esenzione da una delle tre prove scritte previste dall'esame di stato per l'accesso alla professione di dottore commercialista.

  • For the provision of the service specified above, the data you provided may be transmitted to other parties (e.g. CINECA) appointed to provide technological support, as data processors. Rights of data subjects:

  • You can exercise the rights granted to you by current legislation on the protection of personal data, including the right to ask the data controller to access your personal data and to correct or erase them, restrict or object to processing of your data, in addition to the right of data portability within the limits of the provisions of art. 15-21 of Regulation the 2016/679;
  • Pursuant to art. 77 of the Regulation, if you believe that the processing of your data violates the legislation on the protection of personal data, you have the right to lodge a complaint with the Italian Data Protection Authority or the control authority of the EU Member State in which you usually reside, work or the place where the alleged violation occurred;
