Il Master è pensato per neolaureati o profili Junior interessati ad approfondire le proprie competenze nel settore della Quantum Communication e del Quantum Computing, settore caratterizzato da forti investimenti da parte di aziende e destinato ad avere una intensa crescita nei prossimi dieci anni.
Il Quantum Computing rappresenta un nuovo paradigma di calcolo per la risoluzione di problemi complessi in campo ingegneristico e scientifico. Il Master intende garantire le conoscenze applicate di base anche nella comunicazione quantistica (Quantum Communication) e approfondisce il settore di riferimento sia da un punto di vista teorico sia soprattutto da un punto di vista pratico con laboratori e sperimentazione sui calcolatori quantistici e sulle comunicazioni.
L'obiettivo è formare nuove figure professionali al momento assenti sul mercato. L'ambito occupazionale è di tipo tecnico di elevato livello in termini di specializzazione, con possibilità di assunzione in tutto il mondo. Il profilo è studiato per favorire al massimo l'ingresso nel mondo del lavoro anche in Italia, nelle aziende più tecnologicamente avanzate.
