Il Master intende formare professioniste e professionisti dell'area infermieristica e ostetrica, tecnico sanitaria, riabilitativa e della prevenzione, con competenze organizzative e gestionali e in grado di esercitare funzioni di coordinamento di I livello. Le studentesse e gli studenti che conseguiranno il Master, titolo obbligatorio per l'accesso alla qualifica di coordinatore (Legge 43/2006), saranno principalmente in grado di:

interpretare le diverse realtà organizzative sanitarie e socio sanitarie sia ospedaliere sia territoriali individuando i fattori di complessità e gli elementi fondamentali di funzionamento secondo le diverse teorie organizzative

predisporre e applicare modelli organizzativi innovativi

utilizzare metodi e strumenti di ricerca in relazione alle evidenze scientifiche disponibili, nell’area dell’organizzazione e gestione dei servizi sanitari e socio-sanitari

identificare, progettare, valutare e ottimizzare i processi di competenza teorico-pratiche del coordinatore in un’ottica integrativa multidisciplinare e innovativa.

progettare e coordinare i processi di valutazione e miglioramento della qualità al fine di garantire interventi adeguati all’evoluzione tecnico-scientifica

analizzare in collaborazione con i responsabili le risorse finanziarie, strutturali, tecnologiche e informatiche.

  • You can exercise the rights granted to you by current legislation on the protection of personal data, including the right to ask the data controller to access your personal data and to correct or erase them, restrict or object to processing of your data, in addition to the right of data portability within the limits of the provisions of art. 15-21 of Regulation the 2016/679;
