Il contesto attuale che viviamo è immerso in una continua evoluzione tecnologica e offre straordinarie opportunità ma pone un imperativo per le organizzazioni: sviluppare un nuovo sistema di competenze al fine di sostenere l'innovazione nei contesti di lavoro per accrescere la propria competitività in un contesto globale e cross cultural. Per i Formatori dell'innovazione la sfida è supportare la crescita e lo sviluppo di figure professionali favorendo nuovi e continui apprendimenti in relazione a contesti organizzativi e tecnologici in continua metamorfosi. Il percorso di formazione offre la possibilità di apprendere metodiche e tecniche di analisi e sviluppo dei piani formativi in un contesto di innovazione organizzativa e tecnologica integrata. Il percorso si pone la finalità di favorire una mentalità e un approccio metodologico strategico per i nuovi Formatori dell'innovazione in modo di operare con efficacia nei contesti dell'Industria 5.0 dove intelligenza artificiale e intelligenza umana si integrano.
Il corso è rivolto a coloro che operano nel mondo della formazione e negli ambiti della funzione delle Risorse Umane presenti nelle organizzazioni pubbliche e private. Altresì, è rivolto ai giovani laureati che vogliono intraprendere una carriera professionale nell'ambito dei servizi di formazione.
