Il corso di perfezionamento offre un percorso che integra molteplici metodologie per la formazione di competenze trasversali in bambini/e, giovani e adulti/e, mettendole in gioco nella cornice coerente delle modalità formative, comunicative e relazionali proprie della filosofia.
Ci si propone di formare competenze di base - per formatori/formatrici, educatori/educatrici, insegnanti, operatori/operatrici sociali, dirigenti aziendali, genitori - affinché possano costruire ambienti di relazione, di apprendimento, di lavoro improntati alla capacità di ascoltare differenti prospettive, di
integrare le idee gli uni/le une degli altri/delle altre, di fornire ragioni a supporto delle opinioni espresse, di offrirsi aiuto reciproco a trarre conclusioni da quanto si dice, apprendendo in tal modo a
dialogare in modo rispettoso dell’altro/a e dei contenuti che ciascuno/a porta nella discussione.
Il corso intende implementare alcune capacità di sviluppare abilità logiche e metacognitive, relazionali,
comunicative, del pensiero complesso, di attenersi ai fatti e alle conoscenze in proprio possesso, di evitare generalizzazioni infondate e pregiudizi impropri; promuove la capacità di favorire lo sviluppo logico, critico e creativo del pensiero; sostiene l’abilità di favorire percorsi di consapevolezza del valore dell’altro/a e di sé, sviluppando così processi di costruzione dell'autonomia personale che siano in armonia con la costitutiva relazionalità dell'esistenza.
