Course contents

Il corso di Dottorato in Economic and social sciences si propone di formare dottori di ricerca con competenze per l’analisi e l’interpretazione dei fenomeni aziendali, sociali, economici e giuridici. Si tratta di un dottorato innovativo a caratterizzazione industriale, qualificato da convenzioni con imprese attive in R&S.

Nell’attività formativa, attenzione sarà posta all’analisi dei modelli legati alle trasformazioni economiche, sociali e delle organizzazioni, considerando i processi di cambiamento emergenti, le loro interazioni, i loro effetti sul benessere individuale-collettivo. La formazione è caratterizzata da un’impostazione interdisciplinare, con un ruolo rilevante delle discipline aziendali, sociologiche, statistiche, economiche e giuridiche. Ciò, insieme all'interazione università-impresa, permette al dottorando di interagire con un articolato set di conoscenze, metodi e competenze per analisi più adeguate e l’impiego di modelli multi-causali: l’obiettivo è di creare nuove prospettive di ricerca e di sue applicazioni innovative in diversi comparti produttivi.

La formazione, nella sua articolazione di attività didattiche, seminariali e di ricerca, coniuga la preparazione teorica con la padronanza delle più aggiornate metodologie e tecniche di ricerca (quantitative e qualitative), sviluppatesi nelle varie discipline, promuovendo l’attenzione alla dimensione internazionale e l’adozione di una prospettiva comparata. Il programma formativo è suddiviso per anni di corso.

  • The data provided, pursuant to art. 6, 1st paragraph, lett. b) of Regulation (EU) 2016/679, are processed only as strictly necessary for the fulfilment of this service and are stored for the time strictly necessary for the provision of the assistance, in any case for a period not exceeding 12 months after the fulfilment of the request.

  • For the provision of the service specified above, the data you provided may be transmitted to other parties (e.g. CINECA) appointed to provide technological support, as data processors. The list of data processors of the data for which the AlmaLaurea Interuniversity Consortium is data controller is published at www.almalaurea.it/info/condizioni/privacy.

Rights of data subjects:

  • You can exercise the rights granted to you by current legislation on the protection of personal data, including the right to ask the data controller to access your personal data and to correct or erase them, restrict or object to processing of your data, in addition to the right of data portability within the limits of the provisions of art. 15-21 of Regulation the 2016/679;
  • Pursuant to art. 77 of the Regulation, if you believe that the processing of your data violates the legislation on the protection of personal data, you have the right to lodge a complaint with the Italian Data Protection Authority or the control authority of the EU Member State in which you usually reside, work or the place where the alleged violation occurred;
