Course contents

The Master’s Course provides a general training in the planning, management and control of marketing and communication activities. In the training process, international marketing policies, brand management and new product development issues are analyzed, as well as the policies of distribution channels, advertising in the real and virtual world and public relations in competitive national and international contexts in profit oriented or social enterprises. The course integrates didactic lessons with workshops with partner enterprises and with periods of internship. The programme integrates management, quantitative and legal courses.
Graduates will be able to work as manager in the marketing field, as market analysts or as consultants in marketing agencies.

The Master’s Degree programmes in Accounting and Finance, in Economics and Business Management and in Marketing and Communication are of limited access and require, as well as the possession of adequate personal preparation and specific curricula requirements, taking and passing a selective test.
Enrolment is based on the position of the candidate on the ranking list.
Certified understanding of English language at B2 is also required, to be shown at the moment of enrolment. Process of verification and cases of exemption are indicated in the specific section.
For Academic Year 2022/2023, 2 selection sessions are provided.

The admissions process is as follows: - online registration, if you are not already enrolled at Ca’ Foscari; - pre-enrolment for the admissions test; - carrying out the admissions test and placement on ranking list; - acceptance of the place and payment of the pre-enrolment fee; - online enrolment and payment of the first installment of tax and university fees.

Master's graduates in Marketing and Communication may be employed as product managers, brand managers, category managers, sales and marketing manager of companies producing goods and services, account manager in advertising, market research and marketing and communication consulting companies, project manager in the processes of innovation and support for creative activities.
