• Geometry: Combinatorial geometry, Differential geometry.
• Mathematical Analysis: Calculus of variations, Partial differential equations, Functional analysis, complex analysis.
• Probability and Mathematical Statistics: Stochastic processes, Copulae and multivariate statistics; applications to finance, biostatistics, signal theory.
• Mathematical Physics: Thermodynamics of continuous systems, theory of general relativity and gravitation, cosmology.
• Numerical Analysis: Approximation theory, Numerical treatment of differential and integral equations.
• Computer Science: Data Bases, Software engineering, Algorithms, Graphics, nets and distributed systems.
