Course contents

Il Master ha lo scopo di formare manager capaci di dominare la trasformazione digitale e guidare le organizzazioni verso il futuro. Il Master copre trasversalmente le diverse competenze manageriali (strategia, marketing, HR, finanza, etc.) come avviene in ogni MBA, ma offre un focus in particolare sulle capacità chiave per guidare il cambiamento, sulle soft skills (parlare in pubblico, team building, leadership, etc.) e sulla trasformazione digitale secondo una prospettiva strategico-organizzativa.
La figura professionale formata nel Master tipicamente è quindi già occupata, in differenti settori di mercato, con particolare attenzione a realtà ad elevato orientamento verso l’innovazione e l’internazionalizzazione. Tipicamente si tratta di aziende medio-grandi, per quanto possono partecipare anche figure professionali da realtà di piccole/medie dimensioni.
Il programma prevede due classi: “Full Dive” e “Flexo” che seguono lo stesso programma ma con modalità differenti di frequenza e fruizione.

Elemento distintivo per entrambe le classi è inoltre l’ampio ricorso ad una didattica innovativa ed interattiva, utilizzando tecniche come la executive flipped classroom e la realtà virtuale per i momenti di esercitazione e teamwork.

Other educational requirements
Il master è rivolto a chi abbia conseguito il Diploma di Laurea specialistica/laurea magistrale, ai sensi del D.M. n. 509/99 e del D.M. n. 270/04 e previgenti, in qualsiasi disciplina.

Ulteriori requisiti per la partecipazione al Master in Business Administration sono:
a) esperienza lavorativa minima di 5 anni;
b) conoscenza della lingua inglese.
