Course contents

The international qualification university course is directed to individuals graduated in medicine and surgery and in dentistry.
Laser and new related technologies are largely used in Aesthetic Medicine and Dentistry. The aim of the course will be the training on the use of laser technology in aesthetic medicine of the face and in the various dental specializations (conservative, endodontics, periodontology, surgery, oral pathology, prostheses, biostimulation). Attention will be paid to the aesthetic treatment of hard tissues (composite resins and facets) and soft tissues (rejuvenation, biostimulation).
A particularity of the Course will be the provision of its theoretical part in e-learning and videoconferencing, to make easier to follow it by professionals already employed. The frontal (face to face) part of the training will be carried out in Rome at the International Medical Radio Center (C.I.R.M.). The practical part of the training will be entrusted to intensive internship courses in collaboration with the partner of this University International Medical Radio Center (C.I.R.M.) in Rome. Demonstrations that require the use of scientific equipment will be carried out in collaboration with the Society 8853 based in Milan.

The Course is open to applicants who are employed, unemployed, or have never been employed, and who have a degree in Medicine and Surgery or Dentistry, earned in at least five year program,n a license for medical practice and membership in the appropriate professional registers or, for foreigners, equivalent organization. All attendants to the Course must have computer skills and familiarity with internet use needed to follow the interactive e-learning lessons. They must have a multi-media personal computer with broadband service,and possess sufficient knowledge of English to the courses which is delivered in
English.
Simultaneous enrolment in several courses is allowed only in the case of enrolment in a higher training course: advanced training course and specialized professional training (Law 341/1990 art.6) 2).

For the topics covered, it is necessary to have a degree in one in the following disciplinary areas, corresponding to the groupings provided by D.M. 6/2019, Annex D, in implementation of D.M. 270/2004.
