Course contents

The course aims to accompany participants on a path of in-depth study and reflection on the possibilities of imagining, designing and creating inclusive anthropogenic contexts oriented towards the protection of the rights of girls, boys and adolescents.
The Convention on the rights of children and adolescents represents the tool and the key to understanding and understanding the contexts in which children and young people grow up today in our cities, not only through observation, but also through listening and to promote their participation.
The course also intends to promote a renewal in the perspective with which the younger generations of professionals will be able and will be able to look at the rights of children and adolescents.
The course has the following aims:
- Promote human rights education and training as provided for by the UN Convention on the Rights of the Child (November 20, 1989) and the Declaration of the United Nations General Assembly of 19 December 2011;
- promote the implementation of study, research and training activities within the "Child Friendly Cities" and "Child Friendly Schools" Programs;
- connect and raise awareness of the academic and professional world on the one hand, youth and students on the other, to the protection of the rights of girls, children and adolescents as a fulcrum of choices in the organization, design and management of public and private spaces;
- mainly form a complete understanding of the new frames and new tools within which professionals and operators in the sector will operate.
