Course contents

The technical standard UNI 11766 (December 2019), in accordance with the European Qualification Framework (EQF) defines the requirements relating to the professional activity of a particular category of domestic workers such as family assistants (domestic help, babysitter, caregiver).
The aim of the course is the professional training of family assistants. They will have to acquire the skills, competences and basic notions to best perform their work, in support of families requesting the service, knowing the relevant regulations.
Thanks to the certification issued, the course is a useful tool for improving the quality of competence and reliability of the professional figure of the family assistant, in framework of family support policies, support for maternity and women's work, gender equality.
