Course contents

The Master aims to enrich the graduate (in Pharmacy or CTF) with specific skills, of a scientific, organizational and economic nature, useful in the managerial management of Pharmaceutical Departments of hospital or territorial value in the context of health facilities, as well as open pharmacies to the public.
The Master will allow you to acquire skills related to the analysis and evaluation of organizational models, strategic and operational planning, performance analysis, management of economic, technological and human resources (the latter with particular attention to decision-making, motivational and conflict management).
The Master is focused on managerial responsibility for planning, direction and financial / accounting control of complex organizations in healthcare. This also in consideration of the recent innovations introduced on the subject by the Gelli-Bianco Law (LN24 / 17) which require a profound reflection on the reorganization of the health administration through the development of good management practices useful not only for preventing health risk and for this via guaranteeing the safety of care, but also the defense in court of the health facility and of the staff working there.

The Master meets the management training requirements as set out in the State-Regions Agreement of May 16, 2019 and by the Regional Council Resolution no. 838 of 10 July 2019. The Master is established on the basis of the agreement signed on 7 October 2019 between the Marche Region and the Marche Polytechnic University, the University of Camerino, the University of Macerata and the University of Urbino " Carlo Bo ”for the construction of the management training school referred to in Articles 3 bis, 15 and 16-quinquies of Legislative Decree no. 502/92 and subsequent amendments, article 7. DPR 484/97 and article 1 of Legislative Decree 171/16.
