Il corso si propone di
ampliare le conoscenze dei partecipanti relative al
tema dell’immagine corporea con target e in contesti diversi.
In particolare
nel corso saranno affrontate le seguenti tematiche:
• Immagine corporea negativa e positiva negli adolescenti e giovani adulti
• insoddisfazione corporea e comportamento alimentare e relativi disturbi
• Immagine corporea e oggettivazione sessuale
• Immagine corporea e chirurgia estetica
• Immagine corporea in gravidanza
• Influenze socioculturali (pari, media e famiglia) e insoddisfazione corporea
• Immagine corporea e social networks
• Immagine corporea e relazione di coppia
• Strumenti di misura
• Immagine corporea e sport
• insoddisfazione corporea e mindfulness e self compassion
• Interventi di prevenzione e promozione della salute
Al termine del corso i discenti avranno acquisito
conoscenze teoriche e
applicative e competenze metodologiche relative volte a potenziare
l’immagine corporea positiva e prevenire l’insorgenza di insoddisfazione
corporea in ambito educativo e nei contesti di cura.
