Which are the graduates’ employment outcomes after graduation?
Select the cohort and analyse its employment outcome on the basis of variables such as survey year, kind of degree course, university, faculty and the degree subject grouping. The results will be immediately displayed in the scheme below.

You can select the survey year and related documentation based on the degree programme type and the years since graduation. The availability of documentation by degree programme type and years since graduation may vary from one year of the survey to another.
Selection of cohort
It is possible to limit the analysis to particular selected groups, for example on the basis of the degree programme type, the university, the field of study and, if active, the faculty/department/school, the degree classification or the degree programme.
After having selected the survey and the cohort to be analysed, you can break it down according to a further variable chosen from those available (e.g. gender, employment status at graduation) and thus perform a direct comparison.
Degree programme type
The choice of the degree programme type affects other selection variables (e.g. degree classification is only active for post-reform programmes). Starting from the 2009 survey, the pre-reform Primary Education Sciences degree programme is also available. The other pre-reform courses are only available until the 2011 survey.
You can make comparisons by degree programme type by selecting the "all" column in degree programme type. In this case the variables listed in the Comparison Columns section will be disabled because the choice automatically determines the type of comparison.
For first-level graduates at three and five years from graduation, however, documentation is not available (for details see Methodological Notes).
Years since graduation
The available documentation varies depending on the survey year. You can make comparisons by years since graduation by selecting the "all" column in years since graduation. In this case the variables listed in the Comparison Columns section will be disabled because the choice automatically determines the type of comparison.
The information is only available after having selected the university. The description of the structure specifies in brackets whether it is a Faculty (Fac.), a Department (Dep.) or a School (School).
Field of study
Starting with the 2014 survey, the degree classifications of geography (L-6, 30) and geographical science (LM-80, 21/S) fall within the "humanities" field of study and no longer in the "geology, biology, geography" one.
This information is only available for post-reform studies. The MIUR code of the degree classification is specified in brackets (according to the provisions of Ministerial Decree no. 509/1999 and subsequent Ministerial Decree no. 270/2004).
For post-reform graduates, the variable associates a unique code to each individual degree programme activated at a given university (code of the Off.F. educational offer database): therefore it can only be selected after having made a choice of the degree programme type, the university and at least one variable among Faculty, field of study or degree classification. The MIUR code of the degree classification is specified in brackets.
Pure/hybrid (available until the 2011 survey)
"Pure" post-reform graduates are those who have completed their entire studies in the new system. "Hybrids", on the other hand, received a post-reform degree with the contribution of educational credits earned with pre-reform programmes. This variable is only available until the 2011 survey.
